I am so grateful to have spoken with Ian last week. I am stunned, as is everyone who knows you both, that this profound challenge to you has come into your family. The wind is strong in your face right now but I am praying it will very soon be at your back as the Spirit moves to reverse the medical news into joyful news of continuing recovery and strength. May you both know the presence and love of Jesus in your lives as never before and may you brief respite at home for Christmas become a sanctuary of grace and blessing for all four of you.
